Tuzlansku SDA od održavanja unutarstranačkih izbora potresaju zemljotresi, a vrhunac je lista kandidata za Gradsko vijeće, frakcije unutar iste, kao i odbijanje pojedinih članova da budu kandidati za gradonačelnika Tuzle. Javna tajna je unutar krugova tuzlanske SDA da se pušta voda, kako bi se izdejstvovalo povjereništvo, jer je opće nezadovoljstvo rukovođenjem stranke Salke Zildžića.
Naime, predsjednik tuzlanske SDA postavljen je na poziciju uz podršku jednog čovjeka, gdje je nakon njegovog preseljenja, znatno oslabilo ovo krilo. Veliki problemi izlaze na površinu i od trenutka kada je perjanica tuzlanske SDA Mirza Tupajić kao najaktivniji vijećnik u Klubu pometen sa liste, jer nije po apetitu Zildžića. Uzrok tome jesu ambicije Tupajića da bude prvi čovjek SDA Tuzla. O pretnjama koje su upućene Tupajiću samo on može govoriti.
Problemi koji doprinose rasulu Tuzlanskoj SDA što mnogi i isčekuju jeste odbijanje određenog broja ljudi da budu kandidati za gradonačelnika, dok se prvi čovjek tuzlanske SDA zadovoljio kompenzacijskim mandatom stranke da bude u parlamentu FBiH. Ovo je već drugi put u 8 godina da tuzlanska SDA nema kandidata za gradonačelnika što joj članovi zamjeraju, a naročito je problem nastao pružanjem podrške kandidatu SD, stranke koju vodi Enver Bijedić, a za kojeg se veže malverzacija oko zgrade 15.maj koja je bolna tačka građana Tuzle.
Lista od 35 kandidata, kako nam govore osobe sa iste, ima najmanje pet frakcija koje su personifikacija određenih grupacija. Tako, postoji lista “generalnog” (aludirajući na Admira Andeliju generalnog direktora Elektroprivrede), lista “kika” (kako kažu lista predsjednika SDA Tuzla), lista “IZEA” (lista osoba bliskim Islamskoj zajednici), lista “PDA” (koju iz sjene predvodi izvjesni “Smajo” a radi se o osobama koje su iz PDA prešli ili vratili se u SDA, što članstvo negoduje), lista “Jasnina” (misli se na listu predsjednice žena SDA Tuzla koja negoduje što nije broj 2 na listi).
Sve ovo posmatraju drugi kandidati koji ne pripadaju niti jednoj grupaciji, a najbrojniji su i po svemu sudeći, služe samo za donošenje glasova. Također, kako nam isti izvor navodi, unutar Izvršnog odbora postoji jedna grupacija koja je u fazi spavanja i čekaju ishod izbora kako bi preuzeli kormilo SDA Tuzla. Šta će se dešavati, na nama je da vidimo, ali jedno je sigurno da se mnogi u tuzlanskoj SDA ne slažu sa rukovođenjem Zildžića koji na svako negodovanje članova ili neslaganje odgovara neprimjereno shodno poziciji koju obnaša.
